Case Study – Holland & Barrett
Holland & Barrett has been a valued customer since 2012. Initially, we managed the phone lines and broadband for their 800 stores across the UK and Ireland. Over the years, our relationship has strengthened significantly due to the high level of service we provide.
For the past two years, we have been managing the deployment of technology to their stores. Their equipment is securely stored in our warehouses, where we build the POS systems and prepare the required equipment for delivery to the specified locations.
We coordinate the attendance of our engineers to complete the installation at each store. Over the course of one or two days (depending on the timeline), the engineer installs the network equipment in the network cabinet, ensuring high-standard cabling to prevent future issues. They also install and test the POS system, performing any necessary cabling runs.
A follow-up snagging day is scheduled close to the store’s opening to ensure that all installed systems are working correctly and efficiently.
